excels at working with sellers and buyers.  He provides more than is expected of him in service to his clients.  Greg is a knowledgeable resource for information regarding well and septic regulations, zoning, new construction, local lakes and rivers, also condominiums and townhomes.  He is significantly involved in the community.  As a respected real estate professional, he contributes time to committee assignments within the industry to stay in tune with industry standards, changes and market trends.
 
Bob Zacher
works with buyers and sellers.  Bob's 20 plus years of experience in retail sales makes him an asset to the team and its clients.  Bob keeps abreast of the rules and regulations of the real estate industry.  A long term resident of St. Paul, Bob is very familiar with the metro areas.  He holds both Minnesota and Wisconsin real estate licenses.
 

Terri Shaleen
is the team's transaction coordinator.  From sales contact to closing and beyond, Terri is available to answer questions and assist clients.  She ensures a smooth closing with a minimum amount of stress.  Terri is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
 

Colleen Zacher
